Walmart pharmacy in Austin, Minnesota is the best! I have always been treated with kindness and respect; they are knowledgeable and make sure you are provided with information on any new prescriptions.
Not awesome when they close 15 mins before the listed hours and you can't pick up your prescription.
Your pharmacy intern needs guidance. She is clueless when asking her to check something. She said that wasnt on her list of things on her screen. She didnt know how to change screens.
Horrible customer service skills. Rude, unhelpful and they don't even tell you information you need to know. Will call your Drs and say you are taking medicines you aren't and never said you did and no this had nothing to do with opiates or controlled substances. It was for a diabetic and he was poorly treated, misquoted and then not given all the medicines he was supposed to get and were filled causing him extra complications and suffering when he's already suffering enough.
