I am amazed at the wonderful service by the pharmacist Mr. Ram and all of the pharmacy staff at this pharmacy. I have never had any issues or negative experience and I have been a customer for years. They are always extremely helpful and super quick each time I come in.
Don’t recommend this place at all! I was picking up some prescriptions for my mom who doesn’t have insurance and was quoted a price and then came out to big chunk more. I will stick with Publix, they show empathy and care unlike this place.
Ram and the pharmacy techs are terrible and rude!!! He talks entirely too fast and shows absolutely no empathy! They don’t answer the phone and will leave you on hold FOR THE LONGEST!!!! The female pharmacist, I believe her name is Tran is the only one that actually cares. The rest act like they don’t want to be there and I wish they weren’t there!!! People need meds for themselves and their children and they need their questions answered.
