Absolutely unacceptable. This pharmacy may have undergone a complete remodel, but the poor customer service remains unchanged. Since when is it ever appropriate to chew gum while assisting customers? You receive a text message claiming your prescription is ready, only to find out five days later—despite proper notice—they’ve put it back on the shelf. I love the employees at this location. The pharmacist here is wonderful. He takes the time to talk and answer any questions you have.
