Customer Service at the Rockingham Walmart Pharmacy is awesome. They are very attentive to each customer and make you feel like you are their priority. Even when you have a problem with your insurance they go above and beyond to make sure everything is corrected and you get the best price. They make sure that you have your meds and answer any questions you have.

They won’t fill your prescription until you’re standing in front of them, and even then it takes 30+ minutes. It doesn’t matter if your doctor called it in or if you called a refill in, they won’t fill it until after you’re there to pick it up.
Completely rude it's always something about my medicine this one lady Evelyn I think that's her name she's very rude and do not give u a opportunity to let u give your words out and over talk u and that's very unprofessional and rude I don't have no issue with nobody else it's another lady act like she's tone def how clear I can get that whole place is a mess they don't answer no phone they take all day to refill your medicine even when u call it in early in the morning the lines stay long drive thru and inside they so unpro... read more
