The pharmacy staff is excellent! Walmart+ was a life saver during cancer.
My doctor called in a prescription for a 3 month supply of my sons medicine because we were moving a needed it. Walmart took it upon their selves to change the prescription to a 30 day supply and did not tell us. They did not let us even see the bottle before handing us a stapled shut bag. Now I'm screwed, as we have unchangeable flights booked, so instead of packing and handling everything I need to, I have yo spend hours on the phone fighting to get this fixed. Kind staff and quick service. Sometimes have issues with out of stock medications but I think that's a supply chain issue. Great pharmacy!
The pharmacist said that HE cannot use GoodRx coupons for pets. It was a very important medication for a cat that has diabetes. That was not true! It was completely false. I found out by calling another pharmacy. Apparently this pharmacy doesn’t want to do it! First, they started saying it needed to have a DHEA then an NPI then he said Oh, it’s because of the coupons are not for pets they’re for humans!
