Every time I call I'm dumped onto hold without the courtesy of being asked OR having someone wait for my reply. I understand that people get busy but , you should have a bit more customer service skills than that. Otherwise people will just leave the pharmacy all together. The service used to be great now it seems to be lacking in common courtesy, and customer service. Ive seen the people at the customer service counter just ignore a person who wanted to ask a question because they were too busy standing there doing nothing.... read more
This is the best pharmacy service I've ever had. James and the whole crew are amazing! They have gone the extra mile for me and my family multiple times...
This Pharmacy is very good. Particularly James and Jasmine are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I had a big problem with a very important refill and James was the only one out of several pharmacies to really do what was necessary to get it fixed. Without his help, I may have ran out of important medications over the holidays. This would have been very serious if not for his help. Jasmine knows the computer system like the back of her hand.
