Every time I call I'm dumped onto hold without the courtesy of being asked OR having someone wait for my reply. I understand that people get busy but , you should have a bit more customer service skills than that. Otherwise people will just leave the pharmacy all together. The service used to be great now it seems to be lacking in common courtesy, and customer service. Ive seen the people at the customer service counter just ignore a person who wanted to ask a question because they were too busy standing there doing nothing.... read more
