Don’t waste your time here! Went to pick up my daughter’s prescription, was told “it’s not ready yet, give us another 20 minutes” (mind you, every prescription I’ve had filled hasn’t been ready in time for pick up.) I gave them extra time and went back to pick up the prescription, and was told “we are closing for lunch.” The clerk was kind enough to let me pick up her prescription due to being in the emergency room all morning. Had surgery today, my doctor sent the prescription over around 5:30. Called at 6:55 and the woman said "oh we just received it" thats a lie I literally watched her send it on her computer. Now I have zero pain meds
Lady who is the supposed pharmacy manager keeps canceling my son's medication because she doesn't believe he needs it/is real. Changed the story three times when I asked for explanation. Worst pharmacy experience I ever have had. If I didn't have to go here due to insurance, I wouldn't. General manager was supposed to call me back and never happened. Got his meds finally, but still very disgusted.
Sadly like many businesses it says they are OPEN til 7 but they already started the shut down before 7 and could not allow me to pick up meds for my MIL. If you want to close at 655 then make that ypur closing time please. Otherwise provide service until 7.
I gave them five stars because they are really good at being BAAAAD…. DO NOT USE WALMART “PHARMACY” IN KITTANNING. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Do not go here because at least 2 of the techs are ill equipped to fill any prescription or deal with patients. So the two of the techs working there that I’ve dealt with go by the TONYA AND TONI. These are 2 techs that have ABSOLUTELY zero people skills in dealing with my wife and myself.
