I seldom leave negative reviews, but: We bought Walmart+ for pharmacy delivery. After one delivery, they abruptly stopped delivering to most of the city. We have been defaulted to a different Walmart that is in another state. Pharmacy items cannot be delivered across state lines. No one send to know what, why or who changed things. The pharmacy itself is completely overrun. Days to get a script filled and long lines with NO delivery. The people in the pharmacy are very kind and helpful. It clearly needs new management.
Takes too long. Disorganized. Understaffed.
