My wife called in to get the status of her meds, and the tech was incredibly rude. We’ll be transferring our meds to CVS
Very accommodating...
This place never answers the phone. The employees pick up and hang up including the pharmacy and HR. Will take my business to someone that knows enough about customer service to actually answer the phone. I am calling corprate office as well.
