Absolutely better since that one lady left! Not sure when she left since I normally get 3month supplies on my medications… A MUCH a happier environment now! Pharmacists and the technicians are so kind and caring for the patients and always work so hard . Place used to make you feel like family. Now, I have no clue who is working there and some of them dont look like they have a clue about how to work there. My medication needed "counseling" and instead of walking over to me to see if I had questions, the pharmacist poked her head up and asked me across the room. I only answered no because I felt it was not anyone's business but my own. They had a woman that worked there forever that suddenly vanished. She was amazing. Im sad that she isn't there anymore.
