Definitely above average. Insurance change was seamless and staff is generally very helpful and nice. Would recommend.
Canceled a prescription on me twice without reason or informing me why and now won’t fill prescriptions from Telehealth providers. Save yourself a headache and go to Walgreens instead.
The pharmacist lady was very unprofessional and hard to talk to. My doctor had to confirm the medication 3 times. Then somehow the medication was missing from their shipment. One week later they are saying they can't get it. It wouldn't have been so bad if the pharmacist was nicer and knew how to talk to people in a kind manner. Very rude and condescending in our discussion. This lady needs to find a different job if she treats people like this on a regular basis.
