Great customer service. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians went above and beyond to sort things with the insurance

Terrible service. Stood waiting to be helped (no line). At least 5 employees on the upper level joking around and laughing, no one at the counter to help customers. I waited a couple minutes expecting someone to come down to a register or atleast acknowledge me, but they never did. I walked away & Walmart lost that sale (and with that lack of service I'm sure many other customers go elsewhere too).
