Had zero regard for customer request. I told them a specific brand didn't work for me. They put it in their system notes .Instead of telling me they couldn't get it anymore. They gave me 3 months of it & my health has been suffering ever since. It can't be fixed till this script runs out. Not the way i wanted to spend my holidays..
They are rude and very unprofessional! I have a seizure disorder, so I tend to be forgetful, I asked them to put my med on a reminder, and they refuse.
