Very nice pharmacy staff and they're really fast at getting prescriptions done! However, their phone service is horrible. They're really busy, and I've waited on hold multiple times for 15+ minutes and just gave up on trying to ever call them.
We had prescriptions sent over from the urgent care. I showed up right before the pharmacy closed and they told me they would have them ready by 11AM the next day. The pharmacy tech confirmed the prescription names and that there were 2 of them. When I showed up at 11:30 AM the next day, they told me the urgent care had barely sent them over and that the tech the night before had lied to me... the tech from the night before gave me the prescription names, so I am fairly certain she hadn't been lying.
