Called and a man answered the phone I believe his name was Alonso or Alfonso. He was so kind and nice and patient with me. He helped me add my insurance over the phone to get my meds covered
I agree with the 1 star review. The bald pharmacist has horrible communication skills. I will never come back to this pharmacy, thankfully there is another pharmacy. Pharmacy techs are awesome though. Being a pharmacist does not give him the right to give horrible treatment or discriminate against hispanic people just because he is hispanic as well. I was treated bad because I could not listen fully when I currently have an ear infection due to rsv. The Manager should totally check on the pharmacists communication skills. So... read more
The worst location I’ve ever encountered!!!! Their communication is HORRIBLE!!! They don’t seem to like doing their job. Customer service is horrid.
Usually has the prescriptions we need. However, anything that comes from their warehouse is not reliable to get on time. The packaging from the warehouse is difficult for the elderly to get through. Too many staples!
