Kenzie in the pharmacy went the extra mile for my wife by calling her insurance company. She saved us a hassle and some money. We have had this issue before but now Kenzie resolved it! Thank you for being so kind and taking the extra time. Great customer service!
It’s a good thing the pharmacy staff is so friendly and competent, because the new automated phone system really sucks!! Walmart corporate, do you see this? It’s absolutely awful and you will drive customers away with it. Go back to the old system - there was nothing wrong with it.
