My main complaint with this pharmacy is when calling in to check on prescriptions, you are placed on hold and no one ever picks up. This happened to me numerous times in one day. They would answer and say please hold and never picked up the phone. I called the next day and it took me three times calling before someone actually answered the call. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would! We picked up medication for our elderly mother because she has her prescriptions filled here- she was given the incorrect medication for her BREATHING!!! When she called to advise them, they unapologetically told her she couldn’t return it & when she challenged them, they lied and said that her Dr. prescribed that kind. We called the Dr. & he clearly stipulated which medication he sent to the pharmacy because she has adverse reactions to the one they gave her. To add insult t... read more
