This pharmacy is a mess. They are constantly out of common medications and their internal approval system has made horrible mistakes by saying someone is inactive for coverage when in fact they are not. They do not handle these situations well and always seem to blame the customer or the insurance carrier. Simply a horrible customer service experience.
Everyone is friendly and they work pretty quick for how busy they are.
They messed upy son's s medication twice. The first time the pharmacist thought it was hilarious and laughed the second time I did not get an I'm sorry or anything. They are controlled substances.
