My doctor put my prescription in quickly but I didn't get my prescriptions on time because it took two days AFTER for them to get filled and ready for pickup-which greatly threw off my med schedule.
The service is great! I've had problems like everyone with insurance and communication from the doctor but the staff are very good at working with me to fix the problem.
I always call ahead to get my prescription filled and it’s never ready when I come in to pick it up
Trash service! They are incompetent with insurance. I gave them my new insurance, and it worked fine. But.. they didn't save my new insurance and charged my old insurance. Now the pharmacy says I need to talk to my old insurance, old insurance says talk to the new insurance, and the new insurance says talk to the pharmacy.
I had the best experience with Heather today. She helped me figure out GoodRx as it is new to me and saved me money on my prescription. Not only did she do that she went the extra mile and helped me get some money back on my expensive prescription that I paid full price for the month earlier. She saved me so much money today which made the blow of a new expensive monthly prescription less hard. I can’t thank her enough for taking the extra time and care to make sure we were taken care of not only today but for past visits.
