My son needed prescription but could not find a ride since he went to college nearby without a car. Since I live in Texas, I could not take him. Therefore I called and Ashley was a sweetheart and arranged for the scripts be sent fed ex to him at no charge to me. It really helped this concerned mom out. I got the pleasure of meeting her in person this week when I moved my son away from this college. It was nice putting a face with the voice who saved me that day.
Hours on website do not match what was told by pharmacist. Do not know if there was a sign, probably somewhere . Might be the norm,, I don’t know, but not according to website. After waiting (I was the only one waiting as cashier finished up customer), pharmacist comes out and is talking to cashier. When she sees me, she’ll she says “oh, we are closing for lunch. Be back at 2.” I get you need a lunch, I get you are overworked. But guess what? So is everyone else! We took our business elsewhere.
Kinda bewildered...Prescription called in an hour ago. Called to check on it, lady said they were working onSMH. (Ok, no problem) then ask when do I want it? Uh. ...today BEFORE you close preferably, I said...smh.
