I would like to recognize Abby in the pharmacy for the exceptional customer service she provided. She helped me with filling a new prescription and went above and beyond by offering to contact my doctor’s office to request a different medication that was much more affordable. She also took the time to explain the small difference between the two medications so I could make an informed decision. Worst experience almost every time with this pharmacy. There is only one girl who works there that I love. My husband has terminal cancer. Every time we go to pick up his prescriptions he gets treated like a drug addict just because of what he is prescribed for pain that he stopped going and now asks me to pick them up for him. The doctor called his pain medicine in on the 6th. They didn't fill it until the 21st.

This used to be the best pharmacy in the area but it has gone downhill severely over the past year. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be and the staff is so incredibly rude. I called a prescription in on Monday because I was knew I was going to be out by Friday. Here it is Friday and they still haven't filled it and when I called they told me the only way they could do it is if I was actually standing there in store. I am now without meds which is completely unacceptable.
