Worst experience almost every time with this pharmacy. There is only one girl who works there that I love. My husband has terminal cancer. Every time we go to pick up his prescriptions he gets treated like a drug addict just because of what he is prescribed for pain that he stopped going and now asks me to pick them up for him. The doctor called his pain medicine in on the 6th. They didn't fill it until the 21st.
This used to be the best pharmacy in the area but it has gone downhill severely over the past year. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be and the staff is so incredibly rude. I called a prescription in on Monday because I was knew I was going to be out by Friday. Here it is Friday and they still haven't filled it and when I called they told me the only way they could do it is if I was actually standing there in store. I am now without meds which is completely unacceptable.
I called in for a simple prescription refill two days ago, I was told it would be done today and I was told today it won’t be ready until tomorrow. My medication has now been listed as a priority twice. This is a medication I need that is detrimental to my health and there is no excuse for this
This pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been waiting four days for a medication they have in stock that has no insurance coverage issues.
