I called in for a simple prescription refill two days ago, I was told it would be done today and I was told today it won’t be ready until tomorrow. My medication has now been listed as a priority twice. This is a medication I need that is detrimental to my health and there is no excuse for this
This pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been waiting four days for a medication they have in stock that has no insurance coverage issues.
I needed to go to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription for an absolutely awful bacterial sinus infection. Whilst I found the wait time to be fine, the only woman available was incredibly rude throughout the entire process. Not to mention being incompetent at trying to figure out my insurance and openly complaining about her inability to do so until the lead technician had to come over and walk her through it. This used to be the best pharmacy in the area but it has gone down severely over the past year. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be and the staff is so incredibly rude.
THIS PHARMACY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Do yourself a favor and use ANY other pharmacy besides this one!!!!! I stopped there tonight to pick up a prescription that should have been ready for pickup on 3/1 (today is 3/6). I am out of my medication, but was told that my prescription was not ready to be picked up, as it was not a priority (like what?) and that I should have called.
