THIS PHARMACY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Do yourself a favor and use ANY other pharmacy besides this one!!!!! I stopped there tonight to pick up a prescription that should have been ready for pickup on 3/1 (today is 3/6). I am out of my medication, but was told that my prescription was not ready to be picked up, as it was not a priority (like what?) and that I should have called. This place is always been perfect for me
The service has gone extremely downhill. They are so " buzy" all the time they dont pay attention to what script they are filling or where it belongs. They dont take two seconds to assist in any way other than shoving your prescription at you or ignoring you while they run around behind the counter without even so much as a good morning. Whomever took over managing recently needs to be re trained on the basics. Without customers you dont have a job no matter how many pills you rattle to dust at me.
Due to extra business, the Walmart pharmacy no longer begins filling prescriptions unless you physically drive in. I have multiple hernias right now and twice the pharmacist on the phone refused to start filling my prescriptions, despite the fact they were both overdue. The reason I use this pharmacy is to have them delivered, so 3 trips into Walmart in 7 days really defeats the purpose.
