Yesterday, 12/30/25, I drove myself to the Clifton Springs ER because I was having severe side pain and nausea. They put me on tramadol and morphine IV's for the pain as I had a kidney stone. The pain was excruciating. After being in the ER for several hours, they discharged me and submitted my meds to my pharmacy - Canandaigua Walmart Pharmacy. Called the day prior to check if my prescriptions that I rely on would be in stock and available, I was told they were and that I could pick them up at 9. When I called after work to pick them up I was told there was only 10 days worth left and I could take it or leave it, when looking for admittance of fault and requesting pharmacy techs give more accurate information or call sooner when supplies run low I was told to find another pharmacy, and they hung up. Cannot for the life of them figure out how to get me my prescription on time in spite of having it a week before it's due to be filled. Calling them every month to tell them that I need my meds daily and I cannot skip a dose only for them to tell me "oh well it'll be an additional 3 days" is getting REALLY OLD REALLY FAST. Pulling my info from their system ASAP and I will never go back. Stay away if you depend on your meds daily.
7/10/25.....Clerk was rude to me She showed racial pregudice towards me .when I aproach the counter never spoke "what we got here" she said slamming something out of her way on the counter.She Got impatient demanding me to put my card in the right way her tone was argumentative pointing her finger at the machine then I said I'm not to be yelled at "Pharmacy is there to be calm not to get people all riled up while in my wheel chair .i watch how they treated the whites while I waited in line.
