My GOSH! Huge shoutout to Trish! Walmart pharmacy is amazing. I've already been very happy since switching from Walgreens, but today sealed the deal. A pharmacy tech, Trish, just made my year by helping me get a discount card for a prescription that will end up saving me $780 this year!!! I had no idea this even existed. She was so helpful and patient through helping me with my refills and everything. She didn't HAVE to do this. She went above and beyond because she obviously cares for her patients. Worst experience yet had covid & they wouldn’t let me have a prescription but it was already prescribed by my doctor. Gave me the run around was in line at walmart neighborhood market for 45 minutes . Due to know reason other that they wanted verification . It very bad experience . Not professional done forsure .
Trish, pharmacy tech, is very knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about the customers. She put in extra time and effort to find out why a prescription was not being covered and helped to coordinate with the doctor’s office to get everything worked out. Great customer service at this pharmacy!
