Some of the staff was nice, but there were two staff members that were unbelievably rude. Not only cut me off when I was speaking, but did the same to the other staff members. Even raised their voice at us. They claimed that, even though they had just refilled the medication a month ago, that it was a different form of the medication now that my insurance didn't cover? Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Messed up my prescription (which I had zero issues with until their pharmacy acquired it) and will not take any responsibility and correct it instead they are putting blame on my doctor, which is not the case. I have seen my doctor for years and never had any issues. I have had to go months without my medication due to their negligence. Absolutely will not recommend this pharmacy.
Kim in the pharmacy in Fallon, Nevada deserves a raise!!!! I just got off the phone with her and she made my day she calmly answered my questions without me feeling bad about myself. My stroke happened when I was 24 and I was able to get movement back but short and long-term memory issues just look like excuses or convenient to not remembe. I've been treated with blatant disregard by pharmacy staff.
