Someone named Amanda is very rude.Totally negative energy towards new clients and keep blabbing personal blabs instead of working. We do not want to hear that while waiting in line, very unprofessional.
Some of the staff was nice, but there were two staff members that were unbelievably rude. Not only cut me off when I was speaking, but did the same to the other staff members. Even raised their voice at us. They claimed that, even though they had just refilled the medication a month ago, that it was a different form of the medication now that my insurance didn't cover? Checked with my doctor and insurance. Both confirmed that wasn't the case at all. If the staff is going to be rude they could at least know what they're talki... read more
