Very good service and friendly staff.
Yesterday 10/19/24 we arrived for an oil change. Since we did not have an appointment, the associate told us that they didn’t have space for walk-ins (understandable). He proceeded to tell us to stop by Sunday 10/20/24 for the oil change. We arrive at 7am just to find out that we cannot be assisted because they had no space available. The associate didn’t make one for us and the manager Carlos said that they are always short staffed on weekends and cannot accommodate.
