I’ve been a customer here for 2 years and there’s a problem with my prescription almost every month. The last straw was the rude girl on the phone and yet another delay. They don’t seem to care or show any kindness. I’m switching pharmacies. Extremely unperfessional
Prescription was sent by the doctor to this location. Called the pharmacy to give insurance information to process, pharmacy staff was very rude stating “this medicine is not covered). When asked a question. What the rejection was, pharmacist replied “ we are not siting in front of the computer for fun, just told you this is not covered.” Then she hangs up the phone.
