Lady at pharmacy was rude and yelling at peooke. Where is this type of behavior acceptable? The store manager is responsible for even allowing this nonsense to happen. I definitely will use someone else as my pharmacy
I showed my Medicaid card with my picture and they would not accept it to give me my medication even though it says identification card on it a bunch of times in little writing. They said even though they know it’s me they can’t give it to me because I did t have an id they could scan. There’s no law that says they have to do this, they just pick and choose. Also you should not have to show your id every time
Staff is not friendly, are understaffed and frequently the store has lines. I have received texts that my prescriptions were ready for pickup, and when I arrived they hadn't even been filled.
