I am a walmart share holder there was some confusion regarding pain meds since I have severe osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, bulging disc's, neuropathy both legs, fracture of L 5 , gout and psoriatric arthritis with out pain meds I won't be able to function i spoke to the pharmacist about getting meds since my old pharmacist was demanding 20 dollars everymonth extra for meds since I was tired of paying him I wanted to change the walmart pharmacist was rude and obnoxious he told me to go elsewhere and he doesnot care iam a s... read more
Disgusting attitude from Jenifer at the pharmacy. She has the worst attitude , lack of care, and it was the grossest customer service experience I have ever encountered. I called because I am in need of my prescription to be filled so I just was calling to see if they were able to fill it . I live on Long Island and work in Middletown NY . I do not recommend this pharmacy. There was only one employee a young man who puts in the extra time of care into customer service. And on a separate occasion I tried to get to the pharmacy before they closed at 7pm . I got there 7:02 pm the window was still open. I pleaded and asked politely if they can have empathy to allow me to pick up medication for my sons asthma.
