I was just at the pharmacy today 10 8/25 I was waiting to get my insurance added to my prescription and the line was so long because the system was moving slowly. The pharmacist Ms. Lisa came from the back but she wanna know what was taking so long and apologized and I felt that it was genuine. I just had a highly disappointing experience at this pharmacy that I feel compelled to share, particularly regarding Vicky, the pharmacist. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've faced issues with time-sensitive medication. I had called two days prior to confirm that my medication would be ready for pick-up, only to arrive and be met with Vicky's rude demeanor.
