Over the last 6 years while managing my nonagenarian father’s Rx’s, the staff has always been friendly, courteous & prompt…even when helping entitled & rude transplanted gated-community residents. Thank you to this wonderful staff!
Today is the second time this month my meds have not been ready. My new one was supposed to be ready Tuesday evening. It wasn't. It wasn't Wednesday or Thursday either. Friday morning I called and was told it was in the work que and would be ready by 2. It's now 3:15 it's not in the work que and it isn't ready. AAARRRRGGGG! This is so dang aggravating. I'm hurting and can't get my meds. I'm having to sit here and wait on them. I don't know what the problem is but someone needs to get off their butt and fix this problem.
Very busy. Very nice, competent folks.
There always short staffed. Always tell you the wrong information about pick up time and medicine. If your medicine gets called in its days before you get it. Even if it's important medicine like insulin. They don't care. I will be changing.
Love Walmart pharmacy. We just moved here from Florida and the staff is just as helpful and friendly...even more so than Florida.
