Customer service was awful!! I went in to get my son’s medicine. I was in line and was looking for my Id in my wallet then i walked up behind the person she was helping! She looked at me and said what do you need? Mind you I’m waiting on line. She spoke to me first! I said I need to get my son’s medicine! She said well if you can’t see I’m helping someone else! We changed from Publix to WM after many years due to multiple, ongoing issues with Publix pharmacy for the last 18 months or so in our area. We changed about 5 months ago and have had wonderful service. I can get meds delivered to my home. They are always ready when promised, are always accurate and they communicate if anything is ever out of stock. Excellent service.
Always very knowledgeable, helpful, and offer good guidance on my meds. The pharmacist will personally hand my meds to me and ask if I have any questions. A+. I wish all businesses were as thorough as Walmart, Attalla, pharmacy.
