Act like I was supposed to know everything! I have insurance! Not my fault doctor didn't get pre authorization for my wife! Friendly staff, but if you have more than one prescription ready for pick up and dont specifically ask for both by name they won't give them to you. They'll say they didnt see it on there. Never had this issue with CVS in attalla b4 they closed
Customer service was awful!! I went in to get my son’s medicine. I was in line and was looking for my Id in my wallet then i walked up behind the person she was helping! She looked at me and said what do you need? Mind you I’m waiting on line. She spoke to me first! I said I need to get my son’s medicine! She said well if you can’t see I’m helping someone else!
