Absolutely terrible service last time I was there I sat in line for 30+ minutes just to get to the window and wait another 15 while the employee was talking to another employee instead of getting my prescription. Also when I call to check on it so it will be ready when I get there it says I need a prescription number how am I supposed to know that I’m not the one that requested it my doctor did.
While the pharmacists and techs are kind and doing their best, it is always so busy and our Rxs are never done when they say (even though we get a text). The wait time is also the worst I’ve ever seen. To wait 40 minutes to be told my prescription isn’t actually ready and I have to come back the next day is so unacceptable. No one has that time to kill.
Absolutely never use this pharmacy. Just terrible. They have had a prescription for days. Called and said it was ready but when I get there they say it isn’t.
This location is horrible! The past several times I have had to wait more than 40 min to just pick up a prescription. Today was the last time, I will be moving pharmacies and am willing to go out of my way to use a different one and I will even pay more if I don't have to deal with them any longer! Last week my husband spent 45 min on the phone with them about a prescription his doctor called in. They finally got it (we thought) all worked out and it would be ready to pick up 'in a few hours'. The people there are rude. Nothing gets done on time. Lines are outrageous. Avoid at all costs.
