Too bad you can’t rate 0 stars. Since they are the only pharmacy in town is the only reason they are still around. Medications are NEVER ready or seem to get lost. I can’t imagine a more poorly ran business. Take my advice, make the drive to a different pharmacy
I don't even know what to say. My doctor sends in prescriptions, they show up in the app for a few days and then they disappear. No one has any idea where they go, they never get filled. The last time I picked up medications, a male spoke to me over the speaker box and told me they were having trouble filling controlled substances. We have been using Walmart pharmacy in Pea Ridge since it opened. Great people work there. However, I want to recognize SHELLEY for going above and beyond. I couldn't pick up a medications because it was to late to be filled. I told her I would be back at 8am and wait. She also worked this morning and they had them ready at 8:00 am!! Thank you for remembering my husband and his after surgery medications. You are what is still right in this world! If anyone knows her please tell her how touched i was.
Most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. I'm surprised anyone working there actually has a job.
Absolutely terrible service last time I was there I sat in line for 30+ minutes just to get to the window and wait another 15 while the employee was talking to another employee instead of getting my prescription. Also when I call to check on it so it will be ready when I get there it says I need a prescription number how am I supposed to know that I’m not the one that requested it my doctor did.
