If I could give negative stars, I would!! About 4 months ago we put in a prescription refill for my special needs sister-in-law, who also has grand mal seizures. She had 5 days left of her seizure medicine. Each day, we were told to "come back tomorrow, we don't have her medicine in stock". For 5 days, we were told the same thing. She missed ONE DOSE, had a grand mal, 911 dispatched and a trip to the hospital. Last night, I pulled into the drive thru line at 6:49, they close at 7:00. Only 1 car in front of me. Very helpful, they answer all my questions and do detailed research into them when I ask for specifics.
I just changed to this pharmacy and I’m already not impressed. They’ve had since Friday to fill one prescription. The other two are ready. It’s now Thursday of the next week. When I called yesterday about the third prescription that was supposed to be filled they said it would be done today by seven. Still not ready and when I did call yesterday They questioned me like a freaking drug counselor going to rehab. I’ve been on the same medication’s for over 10 years. I usually only have bad things to say in regards to this pharmacy. However today they rocked!!! Not sure what changed but I got all my meds in a very fast timely matter. There is hope for this pharmacy after all.
