Think they'd have their act together by now. Nope. Called about prescriptions. Was told they never got them. When I said one was showing up on my Walmart app then she tried claiming it was cancelled but claimed other one never was sent. . Called doctor office and they said they sent them and never cancelled it. Said they get that from Walmart all the time. Doctor offices even know Walmart pharmacy is a joke. Still have to wait in line, but have brought additional personell to combat long lines, refill time is getting better. Are trying to work on an overwhelming sysyem
They are very busy with the closing of other, local pharmacies. They seem to have enough staff hired to handle it lately! The workers are friendly.
Horrible trying to pick up a prescription here. First they say it never got sent over. Then after they get it, it's never ready to be picked up. Just go to giant eagle right up the road. Haven't had an issue since I started going there.
