They are very busy with the closing of other, local pharmacies. They seem to have enough staff hired to handle it lately! The workers are friendly.
Horrible trying to pick up a prescription here. First they say it never got sent over. Then after they get it, it's never ready to be picked up. Just go to giant eagle right up the road. Haven't had an issue since I started going there.
We went to get my sons insulin that I had called in 2 days before, and they told me that it would take 3 days to fill i told them my son needed it and that he is type 1 and is insulin dependent and didnt have enough to last and that I knew it didnt take 3 days to fill a prepackaged box!! So then she told me I could pick it up after 5 that day. So we go to pick it up and the lady at the windows told us that it wasn't ready and that we had to wait 15-20 min to come back!.. so we go about our shopping, my husband goes back to g... read more
