We went to get my sons insulin that I had called in 2 days before, and they told me that it would take 3 days to fill i told them my son needed it and that he is type 1 and is insulin dependent and didnt have enough to last and that I knew it didnt take 3 days to fill a prepackaged box!! So then she told me I could pick it up after 5 that day. My doctor just switched my prescription and the insurance company didn’t want to approve it. They got on the phone with the insurance company on a Sunday afternoon to get it approved. Called me afterwards to tell me what was going on and assured me that they would take care of it first thing tomorrow morning and they did
The staff here was so friendly and helpful with getting me a medication no one else could get for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed when I needed it and were willing to do whatever they could to help me. I really appreciate their kindness during a stressful situation.
