I am 66 yrs old and live 1.7 miles from your store, I walked (28min) in 100 degree weather after calling 2 days earlier and your computer said it would be done at 1pm. I was there at 2 and it was not ready ( 3rd time for me, so I need to change to Walmart on Granada and hopefully there service is competent.
