Idk who needs to see or hear this, but someone needs to speak with "Fernada". Had to take my toddler to the ER last night, got her out of there at 2AM, doctor handed me a script for CHILDRENS MOTRIN. Went to turn it in, and got sas about "Well lemme see if I can even fill this, it's over the counter" that's great, why don't we check first before we say ANYTHING other then "Just a moment, sir". Insanely slow service, especially from Laurie. They never have more than one lane open for pickup and the average time for them to actually get you your prescription when you get up to the counter (after the 15 minute wait) is about 5-10 minutes. I only go here because it’s close to my house but I would go anywhere else that doesn’t have this slow of service
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a long time, the wait is usually long which I don’t mind because I’m also a tech and I get it, but this pharmacy has some real problems that should be fixed. I’ve NEVER met a ruder pharmacy tech than Danielle, I don’t even like going to that pharmacy anymore because I don’t want to deal with her to get my family's meds from her.
