Very disrespectful, pharmacist canceled my thyroid medicine and said I have no right to pick and choose which pharmacy I use. She came over with a straight attitude from the start. Saying, I told you 20 times we can't fill your medicine here. Do they not want money. I pay out of pocket for some of my prescriptions. So it's not that they can't it's that they don't want to.
Very rude. No one wants to help.
I use Walmart pharmacy because I get get a few things I need while I am there. Today a employee named Rose refused to scan the 5 items I had. I had to wait 7 minutes in another line. I may as well go to closer pharmacy. What is your policy on this?
Worst pharmacy ive ever used. My prescription has been sitting there unfilled for 2 days. Horrendous.
I have just recently switched pharmacies from Rite Aid to Walmart. The level of customer service is incredible. Rite Aid always seemed to be annoyed at having to do their jobs. Walmart in Eddystone has gone out of their way to make sure my rx needs are met in such a kind professional manner.
