Everyone is always so helpful and kind. Lynn assisted me the last time I went and was wonderful. Special thank you to Emma, she is always very helpful and feels like talking to a friend. She’s helped me many times and I always leave feeling grateful for her empathy and kind demeanor.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 15 years. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I think they’re excellent.
I was told to call back in 30 minutes to make sure my prescription had been received and could be processed. When I called back Ryan was extremely condescending and patronizing. He didn't believe that someone had told me to call back to check on my prescription and refused to help me get my prescription before they closed at 7pm. Now I will go through the night with the flu without my tamiflu. Ryan is extremely unprofessional.
