I deal with pharmacies and have dealt with pharmacies alot in my 42 years of life and by far they over complicate the heck out of a very simple process. Due more to lack of drive or motivation.
Customer service was outstanding.
Didn't go inside...used drive thru. Takes way too long but better than having to walk in.
