Really love the people in the pharmacy. They treat you so nice.
Went in yesterday to pick up prescriptions sent in by my urgent care. I guess there was an issue with Medicaid but that not their fault. However the worker was very rude about it when all she had to do was tell me to call my insurance to fix the issue. She argued with me about whether or not I had other insurance (I don’t). Like I said, not their fault Medicaid had not updated years old information but the way she spoke to me was uncalled for.
