Withheld my insulin prescription from me after ordering express delivery for 5 days till my pet almost went into diabetic coma then when after delaying the prescription again I called for a transfer and I was able to be filled within an hour suddenly.

Horrid go elsewhere. First didn’t have, then I had it resent although Dr said had confirmed rcpt.called to be sure they got it second time, yes give us 20-30, went back after 45 min, not ready too busy need another 45 minutes 3 trips Unacceptable

The lady in the drive thru wasn’t pleasant at all. I guess I’ll come in next time for better service. So much inconvenience at this location, I gave up hyvee for this !!!!!
