Horrible
I don't like to give bad reviews, but these young girls have the worst customer service I've ever seen. The person in charge of them should be on the lookout so the customers don't leave. They tell you that a medicine is ready and when you arrive to pick it up, they tell you no, that she didn't answer the phone with a smiling, not to mention mocking, face. A very young, petite girl is the one with the most detestable treatment in that place.
Me fue difícil continuar en esa farmacia porque nunca tenía mis medicamentos a la orden, cada ves que iba había un problema con mis medicinas incluso perdí un mes un medicamento porque no me lo sirvieron en tiempo, alegaban que era culpa de mi médico. No sé los recomiendo.
Esta farmacia me dice por teléfono que mis medicamentos están listos y cuando voy en persona a buscarlos, es mentira. Todavía no los han preparado o no hacen el transfer/el cambio de la otra farmacia a esta. Pierdo mi tiempo en ir allí. Hice una cuenta online y me pregunta mis 4 dígitos de SSN y cuánto yo pago de hipoteca/mortgage mensual para verificar que yo soy la misma persona.
