Don’t go here if you need to pick up anything relating to hrt. You’ll have to jump through hoops to get it filled and then they’ll lie to you about it not being covered by your insurance. Rude and the people answering the phone sometimes act like they have no idea what they’re talking about. I used this specific pharmacy for YEARS and never had any problems getting my medication until i started hrt.
My uncle is battling Stage 4 cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Because of the severe pain he experiences, his doctor prescribed pain medication. Since he is wheelchair bound and very weak, I serve as his caretaker and routinely pick up his prescriptions. If I had a chance to give the pharmacy here a zero rating I would give them. I've been waiting here for 3 hours and they're still saying one more hour and they are getting mad when I go up to them and I ask them. Is it ready? My mom is handicapped and I still can't get her medications even though she had a stroke. What's the point of this? The most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced was with a young hijabi woman at the Walmart pharmacy. Every visit, she gives me attitude and deliberately makes it difficult to get my medications, even though I always confirm they are ready before coming. Just yesterday, she told me there were no medications in the system under my name. Government needs to close this pharmacy. I see lots of bad reviews from others and I also experienced really really bad service. I hope someone will take an action of this.
