The most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced was with a young hijabi woman at the Walmart pharmacy. Every visit, she gives me attitude and deliberately makes it difficult to get my medications, even though I always confirm they are ready before coming. Just yesterday, she told me there were no medications in the system under my name. Government needs to close this pharmacy. I see lots of bad reviews from others and I also experienced really really bad service. I hope someone will take an action of this.
I had to fill a lost prescription out of state so it was not covered by insurance. The pharmacist saved me a lot of money by searching for a coupon for me. I was going to pay full price but she seemed bothered by that and made sure to do her absolute best to help me.
