I was at Walmart today 2/17/26 ,I had a very pleasant and excellent experience it was around 3pm and the young lady I had was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous and helpful and friendly and patient. I had not met my deductible and she explained to me very patiently. I did not realize I had to pay that amount and then everything else falls in place. Switching pharmacies immediately. The Pharmacy staff can't do their job and count out pills correctly. Nothing to do with my doctor and how she wrote the script. Now I see why the other reviews say that they are incompetent. I wrote Walmart and unfortunately because of the Pharmacy screw up I'm out 20 days of a pills. Now I'm going to be physically hurting because of their screw up and probably going to be having trips to Urgent care and the ER. You lost a loyal customer of over 10 years. I was at pennsville Walmart pharmacy, and the african American girl ,that rang me out was rude the pharmacist was rude she snatched my cards out of my hand and when I got in line they did not greet me, this was the first time I was treated rudley. Just because they did not want to check my insurance to see if it paid for my medicine. And after about a half hour.,they said my insurance paid it.and they all was standing and talk and not doing anything. Had such a good experience here, after Walgreens lied and told me my son’s prescription would be ready in two hours, then when I went inside they said they didn’t have it! Walmart didn’t have it either but they had contacted other local Walmart pharmacies for me trying to locate it and when they couldn’t they suggested calling the dr back and seeing if they can prescribe something similar and they did!
