Worst experience of my life! This pharmacy needs an employee turnover. I have been using this pharmacy for several years and each month I kick myself for not transferring my scripts. The pharmacy techs are all in a learning phase and turnover seems high which means that they pay low and expect quality. Here on a Sunday morning and it's now 10:10 am and the pharmacy is not open. The pharmacist is not here yet and he coworkers cannot get in. The pharmacist should be here by 10 if they really cared about the job and the customers.
I have never dealt with a pharmacy so horrible. They refuse to tell me if my prescription is in stock.
I can only speak to the kind, helpful, fabulous service I received when I phoned. I was out of state and my prescription was ready for pick up. I was worried that by the time I was able to pick it up , it would have been returned to the shelf. The pharmacist (I don't know her name but she was SO nice) assured me it would be there, told me not to worry she would put a note on it. And she did. There are always mixed reviews, for anything.
