Would give zero stars but doesn’t let you. Worst pharmacy ever. They call and say a prescription is ready. Then you get there to pick it up and it’s not ready and they want you to wait for “10” mins. Which actually takes over a half hour. Will be switching pharmacies.
Worst experience of my life! This pharmacy needs an employee turnover. I have been using this pharmacy for several years and each month I kick myself for not transferring my scripts. The pharmacy techs are all in a learning phase and turnover seems high which means that they pay low and expect quality. The manager Etta is the only one that has a personality and is good at her job. There is one Asian pharmacist who is the most arrogant individual behind the counter. Here on a Sunday morning and it's now 10:10 am and the pharmacy is not open. The pharmacist is not here yet and he coworkers cannot get in. The pharmacist should be here by 10 if they really cared about the job and the customers.
I have never dealt with a pharmacy so horrible. They refuse to tell me if my prescription is in stock.
