I can only speak to the kind, helpful, fabulous service I received when I phoned. I was out of state and my prescription was ready for pick up. I was worried that by the time I was able to pick it up , it would have been returned to the shelf. The pharmacist (I don't know her name but she was SO nice) assured me it would be there, told me not to worry she would put a note on it. And she did. There are always mixed reviews, for anything. This place is the most disorganized pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. Everytime I come here there’s some type of miscommunication some type of problem. Its never easy to just “ go pick up a prescription” NEVER
This is easily the most disorganized and chaotic pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve been coming here for multiple years and there have been so many screwups and miscommunications… it would almost be comical if it wasn’t so inconvenient. The most recent example is they called me on Thursday to say my script needed to be picked up. I asked them to hold it until Saturday. They said “no problem.” I show up Saturday… “we don’t have anything for you.” This has happened several times.
