Over the phone the pharmacy techs are very rude. Three times now I called to get refills on my mom's medications. The first two times a male answered the phone and I did not realize that she was out of refills and I was lectured about getting the refills in before she ran out. I do not use a pharmacy to get a lecture when they have no clue what their customers daily lives are like. My mom has Alzheimer's disease and I care for her by myself. I have a lot on my shoulders and a lot to keep track of so some things do slip past.... read more
