Dr called in prescription on your voicemail line per your prompts to do so. You guys claimed it was never recieved and there is proof from the call log that it was called in....seriously?? This is NOT the first time you guys have messed up. As I'm writing this review you guys now told me oh yeah...we have it...no one checks the voicemail. UNPROFESSIONAL
Have had Great experiences every time we come here! Even when they are extremely busy they have always been kind and informative about when prescriptions are ready! Prices are good too!
Talking about incompetent employees. I came the night before asking for medication to be transferred to their pharmacy, some gentleman tried to do the process, then I got a message the next day my medication was ready. Went there and my medication is not ready and there is an employee I told her about the whole thing and she told me she was not there last night instead of checking with the pharmacy she told me to call them and she made me drive back to the old pharmacy to pick up the medication.
I go because the price is right but something is severely lacking with their system. My doctor usually calls in prescriptions but 75% of the time they cannot find them despite my doctor saying she spoke to a person. Physicians are very busy and should not have to call in prescriptions several times. I am very embarrassed and frustrated when I have to research the problem. Paper prescriptions may be the way to go.
