Doctor calls my RX in on Thursday morning, I go to pick it up Saturday, and you dont have it in stock? WHY didnt you order it Thursday? Why did you let me drive all the way here, to tell me you dont have it? Horrible service.
Employees are very rude to me on the phone. I'm really tired of how they treat me. Like you're bothering them, you're dumb. I called another pharmacy, a competitor, and two different people were very nice to me. I'm taking my business there. Remember you're dealing with people who are sick. Have a little compassion. Waited 1/2 day for prescription ready message it never came. Called 2x next day before being told there was a problem with my prescription. No one ever called to tell me…even though they knew. Got that straightened out, tried a third time(third day) to pick up my antibiotic for an infection Closed for lunch! Website is not updated! So frustrating
