First and last time coming to this pharmacy. They told me 30 minutes to fill a basic prescription and of course it took way more time than that. Then with my prescription, the doctor apparently didn’t write a “daily” quantity, mind you, it’s a 30 day pill prescription for a 1 month supply so OBVIOUSLY you take one pill a day. Now to waste my time even more, the tech says she has to call the doctor to confirm. I’m a new customer. And my experience from this location has been a headache. They’re extremely rude. Their customer service skills is awful. Each time I’ve called I never get to talk with them without being put me on hold for long periods of time. I’m definitely looking for a new pharmacy.
Worst service. I have been collecting medicines for almost 3 months. They never answer the call, they keep you on hold for hrs and then repeat the same. I am so frustrated with the service, I have to go everything to the physical store to enquire about the small thing. Such a waste of time.
Don’t go to this pharmacy, they are so unprofessional and incompetent. It used to be my favorite place to pick up my prescription. But not anymore. I went there ahead of time and the lady told me my medicine will be ready in 30 minutes and then I told her that since I have something to do I will come back tomorrow. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Works to ensure I have the meds I need and continue to check for drug interactions and works with my doctors to get conflicts resolved.
