Closes at 7 . Rude people. Its a walmart pharmacy...so I guess this is how it is. What else are we going to do. We allowed them to kill all competitors
First and last time coming to this pharmacy. They told me 30 minutes to fill a basic prescription and of course it took way more time than that. Then with my prescription, the doctor apparently didn’t write a “daily” quantity, mind you, it’s a 30 day pill prescription for a 1 month supply so OBVIOUSLY you take one pill a day. Now to waste my time even more, the tech says she has to call the doctor to confirm. I’m a new customer. And my experience from this location has been a headache. They’re extremely rude. Their customer service skills is awful. Each time I’ve called I never get to talk with them without being put me on hold for long periods of time. I’m definitely looking for a new pharmacy.
Worst service. I have been collecting medicines for almost 3 months. They never answer the call, they keep you on hold for hrs and then repeat the same. I am so frustrated with the service, I have to go everything to the physical store to enquire about the small thing. Such a waste of time.
Don’t go to this pharmacy, they are so unprofessional and incompetent. It used to be my favorite place to pick up my prescription. But not anymore. I went there ahead of time and the lady told me my medicine will be ready in 30 minutes and then I told her that since I have something to do I will come back tomorrow. And she said sure it will be ready tomorrow anytime. Next day I went there after I gave them several hours to prepare my medicine. Their answer was annoying. They said we don’t have it here.
