Have been waiting in fabrics for 15 minutes, I press the button for an associate; I asked one of the associates and she callef them telling them I'm waiting no one came either.
MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS HERE ARE RIDICULOUS !! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER...THE OLDER MEN HERE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO WORK AND TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. ! THEY RUINED MY RX AND LET IT EXPIRE AND THEY WOULD NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OR THEIR ERRORS!!
The worst customer service they put my call on hold for more that 25 minutes I called back this time 30 minutes they excuse was more customers on the lobby so for them If customer is on the phone call is not important we pay you guys any way this is not first time I definitely not recommend this place
