The pharmacist and the staff are awesome! Been dealing with some things lately, and they explain everything to me! Love this pharmacy!
Used to be a great pharmacy but the customer service on the phone this morning with a female and then a male on a second call to 1) get them to do their job and 2) communicate effectively was just NOT SO GREAT. The male even tittered and giggled at their lack of communication about how their systems had latency issues and slow updating. Skip the immaturity and lack of professionalism, these kids are playing in the minor leagues at this location now. Tee hee hee.
Your pharmacist Lance, Hunter, and one of techs Richie are some of the best and most helpful and kind employees! Any questions I have and concerns about my prescriptions, they have been very kind to answer with patience and I appreciate that!! Good job to you 3 men!!
The 9 mile road Walmart Mkt pharmacy and it's employees have always been very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have needed their services. Never had any problem with any of the staff in any department. I cannot say that about the Ensley Walmart where almost every time I go in there there is some sort of rudeness toward me going on. 9mile store always looks clean and well stocked except on only one occasion and that was during covid. I’ve never been a fan on Walmart’s pharmacy but this one is great! Everyone has been so nice and they always fill my prescriptions quickly!
