I rushed from the ER with my 10 month old baby & a hard copy prescription for antibiotics to treat a severe double ear infection. I called the pharmacy with 10 minutes before closing as I also drove into the parking lot. I told them I knew it was close, but that I had a super sick baby. (my baby also needed an antibiotic shot in clinic - thats how sick they were). However Heather the pharmacist didn't care, and wouldn't fill it due to the time. I’ve had a great experience here, and a not so great experience here. Great experiences? Usually! The Pharmacy techs and other Pharmacists are wonderful and very helpful. They are efficient, even when there is a line. They’re great! Shoutout to Alfonso who helped me today. 😊 The Pharmacy Manager, Tabitha? Kinda awful, I had a bad experience with her when I first started going here and it really turned me off to this Pharmacy for a while. But otherwise? Fantastic, and convenient. Been going here 18 years. Moved and still use this location. Pharmacists and staff are always helpful and professional. Excellent customer service.
