I have never in my life witnessed an employee being so rude to a customer in front of me yesterday while at the Walmart Pharmacy in Ruckersville, VA. The employee had the name"Karen" on her name tag and she was insulting an elderly customer for not having insurance. In my opinion it doesn't matter how a person pays for their RX and having these filled at this store is giving them a reason to have a job. No one should ever be treated so poorly. Karen is by far the worst person I have met out of all the pharmacy employees. she has been very rude to me on various occasions. I have finally decided to take my money elsewhere, I now get my medications for CVS at least I don't get treated rudely there.

Since the previous mgr. Justin left the pharmacy, this dept. has gone down hill. The wait time for prescriptions is outrageous. The attitude of the clerks are the worst ever, other than Karen.The new mgr. Cody is trying but has a loosing battle on his hands. It is a convenient location but wondering if the poor service & lack of courtesy is worth it. Sad to see this happen to a otherwise good store.
