If you love standing in silence and never being helped, this place is perfect. They put me aside out of the line to look for an insurance card they never needed. Then proceeded to laugh with her coworkers while just ignoring me. I'd rather have hands foot and mouth disease than return here.
The pharmacy held my prescription for testosterone for a month and would not fill it. When I went to ask why, the pharmacist said because I don’t have any other prescriptions filled through them they won’t fill a controlled substance. My doctor had never heard of this before. I’m a disabled veteran and all my other meds are covered by the VA except for this one.
This pharmacy must don't keep up with inventory because this is the second time I have called to get a prescription filled and haven't received notifications about the medication being out of stock. I had to call to check on the prescription a week later to get notified that it's out of stock. They need to do better.
Spoke with Toya regarding my new prescription and insurance coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was approved, how much my out-of-pocket was and that my meds were in stock (these meds are currently unavailable at most places) and when I could pick them up!! I saw that WM’s current rating is a 1.8 which gave me reservations about trying them. But with helpful employees like Toya they will turn that around!
